If the money was to pay for taking care of the animals, could the johns claim a charitable deduction...assuming she would have applied for 503(c) status...and that the sex was just a free gift?

I think there was a brothel in Phoenix that set itself up as a church, non-profit filing and all, that was offering up prostitutes as “priestesses” leading the church members into spiritual growth with sex. They all got busted a year ago, I think. The story was posted here and on the not a ping list...
So, I guess that does not work to well...
