Do they have an email contact account? All I could find was snail mail.

I just went to their contact page from within the application’s support section. You might have to have an active subscription to get to that section. FWIW.

If you have Carbonite, as I do, thanks to Rush, click on the icon, then click on “launch InfoCenter” then click on “Support”.
That is where I notified them that I would not renew when
my subscription expires in 87 days.
