Nicely done. I uninstalled Carbonite from my computer this morning and cheerfully filled out the “why-are-you-cancelling” survey, calling them out on the Rush Limbaugh ad drop. I then logged into my account on Carbonite.com to make sure it didn’t automatically renew in JuneAre you getting any refund? I signed up for 1 yr & still have six months. I still will get a replacement by the weekend, which is an external drive for backup but still would like some bucks back.

Nobody is getting a refund. I’ve seen several people here say they’ve been refused refunds for the unused portions.
