You should care if they are sick of her crap. It shows your failure as a parent.

You might want to read your child's student code of conduct. The school reserves the right to punish a child should the child misbehave. That punishment may or may not be accompanied by parental punishment. If your child cheats on a test then he or she will receive a failing grade. That grade is not replaced with a passing grade when you punish him or her at home. If you don't like the rules then homeschool. That stated, barking back at the child was immature. While progressive methods of punishment are not at all working in our public schools, this incident is certainly bazaar.
