Most of the cast were pretty poor actors but Cameron was great and I would recommend seeing it! Many marriages improved after watching "Fireproof." The actors were convincing.

I would pose it was the Holy Spirit of the Living God that was convincing. The actors were after all just actors. But God is AWESOME
