Is Rockville still in Maryland? Everytime I go down there I feel like I need my passport ... and a translator. And I got indignant with the clerk at a 7-11 who wanted to charge my a nickle for a bag to put my purchases in - until I found out it is a Montgomery Country law now! (There was a communication problem too, since I don't speak either Spanish or Urdu!)
I thought I was in looney liberal land in Columbia, but Montgomery Co. seems to have us beat!
I did really like going to Rockville when there was a Tower Records, the House of Chinese Chicken and ... they spoke English.
