BUT the Obama's EPA is not willing to allow the public to see what it is doing with OUR (Public ) Money.

Yea. Read about this one earlier while at WUWT. The fixes are being made. Hope Newt makes a big deal out of this one regarding the EPA in the months to come, after he gets fully filled in on what expired.
