I am thinking the same thing. I don’t think these news people have Warrens Ex here. When you goggle her, quite a few chics with this name pop up. This pic I found is the only one I found that confirmed it was the wife of Warren named Felicia.

I think that Kentucky Derby related pic is of Warren and a post-Felicia girlfriend. If you search "Warren and Felicia Moon", you'll see him pictured repeatedly with the woman in the news story above.
