Hey, I’ve never dropped in before, this is awesome. I used to watch Boston Blackie as a kid, didn’t know it was a radio show also. I assume the radio show predates the TV show.
And William Conrad speaking as Matt Dillion. He had to be pretty young.
WAMU means Eastern USA and I’m out West, so I can’t listen. Love your “Warm up the tubes” thing. I’ll be warming mine soon, but I’m talking about the tubes in my old Ampeg amp, which I use for practicing bass around the house. Big geezer rock gig Friday night, gotta get ready...
