Still do. You can buy denatured alcohol at Home Deport. It's grain alcohol (ethanol) with toxins added.

I recommend not drinking it.

The ethanol is typically “denatured” with methanol AKA “wood alcohol”, which has nearly identical properties but is poisonous.
