Reminds me of an upscale restaurant I visited in Libreville, Gabon years ago. Nice place. Good food. Restaurant staff washed the tableware in the sewer runoff as it flowed along the curbside in the street. GAWD! I can still feel the way my stomach churned when I stumbled upon that horrific dish washing scene after a lunch there. Figured I had at most about 12 hours to live. In agony.
