Blog pimping is posting to FR with a link to your personal blog in an effort to generate traffic to your site.
Lots of peeps do it - some more subtly than others.

I came across this site via a link on the site of our local TV garden show, The Central Texas Gardener. I really could care less about what type of fabric to use when making new curtains, and information of that nature, so quite a bit of this site does not interest me. But, I did find some of the gardening specific information useful. I realize it may not be The New York Times, but like I said, I found some of it useful and not readily available on the other sites I read regularly. Most a link be from The Wall Street Journal to post on FR?

I usually read this thread every Friday, should I wait until this thread comes out each Friday, and then post any Gardening related article inside that thread? I’m not trying to be a smart a_ _, I just want to make sure I follow protocol.
