A guy flags down a cop at 1 am, five days after the incident, and says MB hit his car and drove away. If someone hit my car and I got his tag number, you can bet your ass I would call the cops right then, that minute. I wouldn’t wait 5 days and flag a cop down on the street. I smell a setup!
