by extradition treaty, do you mean that if she gets a warrant, the U.S. is going to turn over one of our American citizens to another country? Please tell me that would never happen.

Duh. By signing and ratifying an extradition treaty the U.S. pledges that it will extradite people. So yes, it would happen. That's the point of an extradition treaty.

Nice explanation (roll eyes). Well if you had stopped you trigger finger you would find out that America does not extradite Americans. Of course you just had to be a know it all but failed horribly.

There are always exceptions, Cheburashka. We have extradition treaties with many countries wherein those countries make exceptions due to inconsistencies between their laws and ours. Countries without capital punishment will refuse to extradite fugitives who are facing it in the US. France will not extradite persons convicted in absentia. The US would refuse to extradite an American who was already exonerated and then reconvicted of the same offense because we do not countenance double jeopardy.

No extradition treaty is unconditional.
