Gangbusters Last Minute Clues: Johann Deutsch and Carlo Petzopanni (wanted for bank robbery): Deutch: swarthy complexion, tattoo on one arm, speaks German. Petzopanni: Brows low on forehead, speaks Italian, former student pilot. William Henry Evans (wanted for murder): Negro, maroon eyes, scar below left eyebrow. John K. Giles was a deadly and cunning criminal. Leeds, Minnesota, is where the story begins. Mr. Stubblefield and Mr. Barton are on a fishing trip. Stubblefield thwarts a cheap hold-up man, wounding him in the hand with a little gun that was hidden. Stubblefield is in fact the six foot tall, brown-eyed John K. Giles. Giles and Barton then go to Ray, North Dakota where they kill police chief Johnson. They then rob the First National bank of Genoa and then move on to Reno Nevada where Giles strings along about 10 divorcees while gambling. Giles is caught by the cops and sent to Potawatamie Prison in Iowa, but he makes his escape. He robs a home in Bedford and makes his way to northern New England. Caught again he is sent to Alcatraz. Giles' attempt to escape is discovered when he is on a military boat leaving the Rock (23:08)

Had the tibia plateau fracture which ended my nearly daily jogging ritual. Icing the knee now after a workout really does reduce swelling and tenderness.

Bless your heart! Or, your leg, rather! Jogging is super hard on the knees, ankles and feet.
I used to jog, used to be in a beer-drinking running club, in fact. In the “old days”...
