Whether you can toss dwarfs on a Los Angeles’ beach remains unclear...

On or near the beach, it's a $1000 fine for dwarf throwing, Memorial Day to Labor Day. (A dwarf is not a volley ball...) Additionally, if the dwarf sticks the landing hard enough, the little person will exceed the 18 inch digging limit and thus incur a separate $1,000 fine.

UNLESS you're tossing the dwarf in or over the Pacific Ocean, or of course if you have obtained a dwarf-tossing permit in advance.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse... ;-)
