The idea is if they had to drive to the city to buy beer, there’d be fewer deaths. I’m not sure if that’s true, but there is a place in hell for people who make lots of money selling beer to alcoholics. It's right next to the place for those who build casinos for gamblers, and sell tax free cigarettes to smokers.
