Unfortunately, it looks like she was doing what far too many “animal lovers” do these days. They get in a dog's face and engage in disgusting kissy licks. Turns my stomach every time I see it. Dogs drink out of the toilet, lick their anus and testicles, and eat feces. Also, dogs don't “kiss.” Getting in the face of a dog unfamiliar with you can be interpreted as a threat, and trigger a bad reaction.
