President Obama said on Super Bowl Sunday, 2012, that he needed and deserved a second term to finish the job. God help us!
What do the people really know about the ‘job’ he began in 2008? At the risk of being overly fair in this age of ‘Obama fairness’, some of the problems we have experienced the past three years began before Obama was elected. He created new problems and accelerated the problems [he inherited] and the march towards socialism and destruction of free market capitalism.
One thing is certain…the path we are now on is totally fashioned and fueled by Obama and his gang of socialists, and we ought to be worried. The extent of the ‘great recession’ is largely a pattern of politics and failed policy by the Obama administration and Congress. So, what are his political methods and what does he claim to do?
First, he is a Saul Alinsky ‘community organizer’, meaning he spent much of his life in Chicago stirring up people of Chicago, particularly young people, and later all over the nation, to make them believe they had no future, that they were entitled to ‘help’ from their federal government, that his programs in the form of ‘fairness and equality’ are the answer to an America that needed to be ‘fundamentally transformed’, apparently to move away from the free market Republic we have had for over 200 years. He has tried to kill the American Dream.
His tactic, learned from Alinsky, is to ‘pick the target, freeze it, personalize it and polarize it’…he attacks the rich who don’t pay their fair share, ‘fat cat’ bankers, and ‘greedy’ businessmen among others…and accepts their money to campaign. As all good socialists do, he uses the system to work the system! He ridicules his opposition which includes capitalism in the U S…he says capitalism is a theory and on-your-own-economics and ‘other more equal’ economies do better than us! Remember Alinsky…it is his basic tool and he uses it often and will continue to do so as long as he has the power…it is a proven way to create class warfare and plant the roots of socialism.
Why does Obama believe he should be re-elected? He said ‘we’ are creating jobs. Any jobs created, except public sector jobs, are created by private businessmen…the nation has lost jobs since Obama came into office. Government can create a favorable climate for private job creation, but he hasn’t done that by a long shot.
He and his administration manipulate facts and understate the true level of unemployment and sidestep the idea that the longer people are on unemployment, the more they are dependent on the federal government which plays into his socialistic aims. About this and many other issues, Obama and his team are liars. For example, recent job increases can’t lower unemployment rates…they simply are not large enough by themselves.
He says he wants to return America to ‘old fashioned American values’. Why then do we need to fundamentally transform America if our old fashioned values are solid? I will tell you why…because the values he embraces are socialistic – equality of all, spreading the wealth, and destruction of free markets. Those are Obama values, not American values.
He disguises the words he uses to describe what he is doing because he knows it won’t sell if Americans know what he is really doing, where it is leading us. His words are intended to deflect attention from his goals and from conditions and from his record.
He claims to want to boost manufacturing, energy and job training…is that why he proposes more regulations on business, turns down an oil pipeline from Canada, and says we all need to play by the same rules…rules that regulate every aspect of our lives? He lies. Congressional progressives lie. Check out the new consumer protection rules!
Think about his ‘affordable health care act’…nationalized health insurance…a plan written by known socialists, put together in Congress behind closed doors, dropped upon a people who said they didn’t want it! The plan intrudes on our lives and violates the Constitution in terms of government authority and privacy. He targeted the health care industry, personalized it with lies about how his plan would help people, and polarized the people vs the health insurance industry. Alinsky! It is designed so that it gives him significant control over the nation’s economy and creates dependency of millions of Americans upon their government. It is part of the socialistic plan, one more step.
He and his team lie to us about what they are doing in terms of energy… he pushes an unworkable ‘green’ energy plan that has failed at every level from electric cars to solar panels and wind turbines…he lies about the adequacy and development of our energy resources. He appears to be manipulating energy prices in the U S while he lies to us about how green energy has created ‘or saved’ over 2.5 million jobs!
His foreign policy is centered on tearing down America as the world’s leader and most powerful nation militarily. Our standing in the world has declined. He is dangerous.
His economic stimulus program, including his takeover of GM, was fundamentally a plan to reward his political supporters including unions with our tax dollars, and had virtually no impact on the economy. Under his leadership, U S credit has been downgraded, median incomes have declined, and we have lost not only jobs but job seekers as people drop out of the workforce and rely on their federal government welfare. It’s the plan!
He and his administration and advisors have shown a complete disregard for our Constitution, particularly Article 1, Section 8, and the first, fourth and tenth amendments.
Despite his claims and efforts to create class warfare between the ‘rich’ and ‘poor’, it does not register with the man on the street who is more concerned about jobs and our poor economy. Americans are not focused on ‘inequality’ as Obama asserts. Half of us think government hurts us more than it helps.
Anyone who is interested in giving Obama four more years is apparently not engaged, not paying attention, and not concerned about coming inflation and tax increases and willing to live in a socialistic state. A vote for Obama is equivalent to hemorrhaging during surgery, and dying on the operating table. In the vernacular of ‘hope and change’, that vote produces a drastic and unintended change! READ ON!
There are three groups of voters getting ready to go to the polls this coming November, and I have some thoughts for them. First, for all voters, have you given any thought to who in government under Obama and his ideological successors will decide who is rich, who is poor? What is fair and what is unfair? What is equal and what is not? What is a right and what is not? What is in the public good, what isn’t? Who should receive health care, who should not? What is news that’s fit to print, what is not? Can the laws of other nations or cultures be considered in our courts?
Democrats – your trust is misplaced…verify his actions and claims. Check out what President Obama is saying about capitalism, jobs, about inequality, about the healthcare act and its future and how it will be paid for, about how he can’t pay social security when there is a government shutdown but he can pay people on welfare including illegal immigrants, about what he means when he says ‘other more equal economies’ do better than us, about why he feels he can threaten colleges that don’t lower their tuition costs, about why he appointed an admitted communist as a green jobs czar, about why he put the peoples’ money into a solar panel business despite warnings about their financial and business stability, about why he would increase taxes but won’t cut spending as he racks up more and more debt, about why there is no federal budget…these are just some of the questions that need answers…and even more importantly, demand that Obama explain what the outcome will be of his policies which call for sharing the wealth and equality for all of us…what is the real vision he has for us down the road after programs like national health care are in place and the wealth has been spread…then decide if you want that lifestyle. It is something totally different than you have known. Question aggressively.
Independents – get off the fence. Frankly, you need to take a position on the side of conservatism or liberalism. What do you want? You can’t have both at the same time, and you and our nation won’t win by switching back and forth every four years. That’s chaos. Either you are for what progressives promote or you are for what conservatives or Constitutionalists promote…do you want the federal government bigger, running your lives, or do you want government run by people at the most local level? Do you want our nation respected in the world? Do you want free market capitalism or do you want the federal government to make choices for you in terms of products and services you use…do you want to decide what kind of light bulbs to use? Do you want all cars to be battery operated or do you want a Ford truck that runs on gasoline? Is it your decision or your government? Like Democrats, you must verify and question aggressively! Above all, you need to decide what kind of nation and government is best for you and your posterity and vote for it consistently…indecision creates ideological chaos.
Republicans – no more apathy…you need to support the candidate who supports the Constitution, and that will be whoever the Republican Party nominates. You know that. You need to vote, and you need to get other Republicans to vote…Tea Party people need to be realistic…we need to get Obama out of office along with the corrupt people in Congress, to stop the march towards socialism, and to preserve our Republic.
2012 is the most important election year in this nation's history. Choose freedom or soap in your hole; er, hope in your soul.

I have no doubt the majority of FReepers will do the right thing and do their damnedest to get Obama out of office, but we’re well to the political right of the American electorate at large.
And I don’t buy the BS about America being a “center-right” country, either. A center-right country doesn’t elect the likes of Barack Obama.
Democrats HAVE verified his actions and claims and they're THRILLED with what he's doing, with one minor frustration... that he's not moving fast enough to bring America to its knees.

Considering the number of people nation-wide receiving a taxpayer-funded bribe - excuse me, make that “receiving a taxpayer-funded check” - from Obama in exchange for their votes, it’s more than likely the direction will be toward more of the same, only worse.
