I agree 100% that the unbiblical practice of allowing female pastors is strongly correlated with all types of bad doctrine and immoral practices in the church. I believe it is both a symptom and a cause of the spread of error and sin in such churches.
It is a symptom because showing disregard for Scriptural commands not to ordain women, is often (but not always) indicative of a general disrespect for the authority of the Bible.
It is a cause, because women are more vulnerable to spiritual deception. This is the reason Paul give for not permitting woman to preach.
“12 And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence. 13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve. 14 And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.” - 1 Timothy 2:12 - 14.
I’ve seen otherwise relatively sound churches, begin to drift away from the truth, when they put political correctness above biblical truth and allowed women to preach.
I have often asked the following question to Christians, but have never gotten a response:
“Can you name just ONE, prominent, female preacher, who didn’t focus her ministry primarily towards women and/or children, who was sound in doctrine and morals?”
I can name plenty of female charlatans (and male ones of course), but I have never come across a single, female pastor who was sound.
As Paul was both taught and ministered by both when he stayed and worked alongside with them in .
I also know of female "bible teachers," i.e. Joyce Meyers, who teach "prosperity theology" which is contrary to biblical scriptures but there were others Dr. Henrietta Mears, who were excellent dividers of the truth of the scriptures.
I'm certain that there are many other charlatan "bible teachers" as the Benny Henn types, as the Lord spoke of "wolves in sheep's clothing."
