Well, we don’t have a television, but we have it on the radio right now—just listened to America the Beautiful and to Kelly Clarkson’s butchering of the National Anthem with her vocal gymnastics (why do kids nowadays feel the need to do that?).
We will turn it off when the Big Broadcast starts. So, we’ll be here.

Does anyone remember a radio program that I used to listen to in school in the mid 1950s about the national parks?
Teacher would place the radio in front of the class and we would all listen to stories about the Grand Canyon, etc. I remember that it came on at 10 am on Thursdays.

That was an intense Dragnet. This happens way too often. Gina wrote a good article about What we deserve. It makes the super bowl seem not very important.
