Can anyone tell me about modern TV antennae usage. In a huge metro area, we have several dozens of free stations. Is the anyone from the Chicago area able to comment about their service.

One of my kids has an antennae, wireless blued-ray DVD (bought at COSTCO), PC and Netflix for about $17.00 a month. That's a bare-bones route - but they're happy..

Another choice - if there's competition in your area - is call and ask for a better deal. Somehow these folks seem to come through if they feel mildly concerned you might move you money to a different company. Not a bad idea to call some of the competitors to know in advance what a great offer they're making...
