Apparently that included giving Sandusky unfettered access to the Penn State locker room with little boys.

Not Paterno's call (Sandusky had tenure priviledges after he retired) and supposedly after Curley and Schultz "investigated" his keys were taken away in 2002.

Paterno had both a legal and a moral obligation to go straight to the cops with what he suspected. Period. End of story.

He didn’t. He allowed by inaction those kids to be raped by a monster.

Period. End of story.

Pretending Paterno - mighty legend, statue model Joe freakin’ Paterno - didn’t have say over whether or not a suspected (at best) child rapist was allowed on Penn State grounds, much less HIS locker room, is the exact type of metal gymnastics that makes being a JoPalogist so embarrassing.
