If it was unclear what Paterno was told by McQuery, Paterno could have made it clear to himself, if he had ANY desire AT ALL to do so, over the next TEN YEARS - when they worked together.

It was apparently clear enough that the result of the report was that Sandusky shouldn't be on Penn State campus with young boys.
