Well I clicked on the link to see if it would describe how it does what it claims, but I don't see any description. But I think something like this could actually be possible today with a fair amount of accuracy. There are already apps which can take pictures of faces and recognize the person based on photos previously submitted to the app server. Since this site seems to go to a gay dating site, it can search its own photos people upload to see if any match.

There are also, or will soon be apps to do the same thing from images mined from sites like Facebook. If the software can recognize you, it can most likely answer a question like this based on information you have already left on the internet, what comments you have made on websites, which sites you visit, what is in your emails, Facebook posts, etc.
