I’ve read this book and a few of his other works. He’s good and the fact that they excommunicated him for speaking the truth says volumes about them.

As a child I think I saw a cartoon version of Smith's using his magical tools like his 'vision hat' to communicate with the Mormon's Almighty God of this universe.. Oh yes, I found it:

"Rocky, Watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat. One , Two Presto..."

This would definitely be even more fun if your Mormon friend Sandy was still here to taunt :)
