I am hopeful Judge Malihi appreciates his position in history and will act accordingly- ascertain the facts, apply them to GA. law and act accordingly. Geez that doesn’t seem so difficult.
He seems to be holding the line so far - response was precisely how I would have responded (I’m a municipal court judge).
