Hitler, like Stalin and many other dictators preferred work of the “socialist realism” school: bland idolatry in the service of evil. Technically, they were often competent, if one-dimensional artistic renderings of workers, farmers and soldiers leading the lives of lemmings.

I don't have to go far to see some of the “workers paradise”
art. There is a post office in Iowa that still has one of
the NRA funded murals on its wall. There are several hammer
and sickle emblems in it including a belt buckle on one of the male workers.
