I was born and grew up outside of Boston and haven’t lived there since I married 43 years ago, yet people still say to me, “You’re from the East Coast, aren’t you.” I laugh and say that you can take the Girl out of Boston, but you can’t take Boston out of the Girl.

However, I do have an “idear” of some of the words that give me away. LOL

I also know how to pronounce Woburn and Haverhill.
