Ah...Rude? This isn’t about his removal. It’s about him being on an upcoming ballot.
This judge has the authority to rule on that. In a Bananna Republic, we’d have the kind of system you advocate - one where the President is apparently not subject to the same laws you or I am.

In a round-about way it is. If that jug-eared idiot fails to make it on enough ballots, it WILL lead to his removal from office. We can only hope.....and pray.
