I always look for my older brother in VN pictures. I was very young when he was in VN. I prayed for him for an hour every night until he came home. One of his friends flew those helecopters in to pick up wounded soldiers.

Oldest brother went to Nam (early 70's). It ended just as I left HS, so I missed it. Took him a long time (many years, 2 failed marriages, and some slammer time) to settle. Thank God he finally found a good woman who balanced and help him put the demons at bay. That and clean country living finally did the trick...

I haven't seen them in many years, but plan to this summer (he's settled, I'm the traveler). Looking forward to seeing them again and catching up. Glad to be able to see a happy ending for at least one...
