No need to go to Indiana. There are tons of fat people in England and way more fast food joints. Fish & Chips, Fried Chicken, Kebabs, etc. A hamburger over there is diet food.
I prefer blood pudding and blood sausage when I am there.
Most of the food I was served the last time I was in England left a puddle of grease on my plate. Their meat is almost inedible it is so tough. And their toilet paper is about 450grit.
