Obama’s tactic on developing our oil and gas resources. Stall until the opportunity is out of reach and then blame the Republicans for the loss. And his faithful followers will swallow his bs.

While I don't like Rick Perry much, he definitely has Obama beat here. Obama mucks around and stalls on development.

What does Rick Perry do? Back in 2010 he went to China and lobbied the Chinese to invest in Texas' oil and gas industry. And they did so, investing between $1 billion and $2 billion into South Texas oilfields.

Thanks to Perry getting the Chinese to buy stakes in Texas oilfields, there are going to be dozens of oil wells up and running by the end of this year that otherwise wouldn't exist.

The Eagle Ford shale deposits in South Texas discovered 4 years ago is now supporting 12,000 high pay jobs in the area, and is producing over 150,000 barels a day.

Meanwhile....North Dakota is pumping 500,000 barrels a day...up from 400,000 6 months ago.
