“It’s not.”

It’s not entirely unreasonable and may have nothing to do with Romney yet. Rush was totally enthused by Ross Perot until he got called to the White House by President George H.W. Bush. Two days later, he was pushing Bush and started implying that one of the greatest captains of industry, and supporters of our military, was a kook. He never passed up an opportunity to belittle Ross Perot. We grow kooks in Texas, don’tchaknow? Perot, GW Bush, Perry, Paul.
Rush began omitting Governor Perry’s name from the “list” of candidates weeks ago. Not omitting him from contenders. Omitting him from Candidates. Levin was questioned about the very same thing last week and he meekly stated if Perry would rise above 1% in any poll, he would mention him. Who the ell is he? Not mention a candidate who is a veteran, a sitting governor, head of the Republican Governors Association???? Does he think we don’t get it? It was Levin pushing Santorum. WHo Rush is pushing will be evident shortly since the king speaks last. You listen to all the other talk show hosts and it becomes clear for months. The rant by Hannity against Perry and Newt last week was insane. I thought he was going to pass out. Git er done, Hannity. Good boy. Perry against free enterprise??? From the state with the 13th largest economy in the world? Hannity shrunk in intellectual stature (if he had any) when he began that Clear Channel rant. Newt against free enterprise? Give me a break, Rush. Get real. Oh, yeah, and pick the Broncos, “Trust me.”
I remember the first day I ever heard Rush in 1989 and have listened ever since. I listened as he evolved. I was upset when he succumbed to White House suggestions. I’m upset with him now. Marco Rubio cannot run for president until the Supreme Court defines Natural Born Citizen. Rush knows that. Rush was extremely high on Governor Jindal and it’s the same situation. By the way, Jindal endorsed Perry.

“Oh, yeah, and pick the Broncos, “Trust me.””

He was so wrong all week, and with that closing on Friday, he batted a thousand.

Of all the Presidential candidates, Perry has by far the most experience and no one can deny that Texas has not been a big success story during this recession. If I were to vote today, my vote would be for Perry; however, by the time I get to vote in 3-1/2 months, Perry probably will not still be in the race.
