They need each other. Rush could do anything. Go anywhere. I think he will leave soon. Clear Channel pays him fifty million-plus, lets him sell tea, in order to keep him. It’s a very neatly tied up deal so Rush keeps them. Nothing wrong with making a buck. But, disclosure as it relates to Bain and Clear Channel and Romney seems fair to ask about. All FReepers should want the answer to this. Is Romney being paid millions a year from a corporation that also pays Rush fifty million a year? What’s wrong with asking? Is that why Rush, Hannity, Levin, Cunningham, Nitwit Schnitt, Ingrahm, et al, failed to speak Perry’s name when he entered the race unless it was negative? Rush, did you, the king, stoop to that? Is Dr. Manning a flat out liar?
Of all the Presidential candidates, Perry has by far the most experience and no one can deny that Texas has not been a big success story during this recession. If I were to vote today, my vote would be for Perry; however, by the time I get to vote in 3-1/2 months, Perry probably will not still be in the race.

I agree. He is the only one in the race with a GRASP of the situation (other than Paul's twisted anti-global world view).
Newt understands the ramifications of the domestic and foreign implications of a leftist USA. Newt fully grasps the idea that our free markets require moral leadership both privately and publicly. Otherwise we will see a society that will continue to seek security for their families and race toward support from corrupt Unions as some of the immoral capitalists of yesteryear foisted upon us. He also fully recognizes that the lawyerly power in our country needs to be put in check.
Romney and Obama's solutions will continue to propel us toward unnecessary weakness. Romney in particular, does not understand that Freedom requires a society with moral clarity, and will govern with the attitude of go along to get along.
Indeed, there is no disputing that Rush works for Bain and has inexplicably (from a conservative standpoint) defended Bain. What happened to supporting the most conservative candidate?
