This is a bullshit story cooked up by a bunch of cops who have no other way to explain the fact they either let a improperly searched detainee into jail or there was a weapon already in the cell. Either way, somebody should get fired. I can imagine the conversation now: “Well how’d the gun git in there?” “I dunno - meybe he done pulled it out his ass.” “Yeah. Let’s go with that.”
