The neon was dumped because they were awful vehicles to keep running. I work with 4 people who had neons and we all hate them now. I get furious just thinking about how much money I blew repairing mine.

I think the biggest problem there is the "technicians" at the dealerships. they have no diagnostic skills at all they just plug the thing in and do what the scanner says or follow the flow charts but they just don't think through a problem and fix the cheap and easy stuff first like my dad taught me. If the thing is running rich it may be just an air filter NOT a CTS or O2 sensor
