There is a flaw in that reasoning. What assurance do you have that 4 more years of “Present” will not be indefinitely extended with the declaration of Martial Law?

We are barely surviving the FIRST 4 years of BO....a second one will be fatal for sure.

Quite probably much longer, like 12-16. Romney would be such a fail that the next election would go back to the dems and we would probably suffer great losses in the House and Senate as well.
