Obviously, it all depends on what you want. I've been using WordPress, hosted at wordpress.com, for almost a year. The only disadvantage is that you can't put up advertisements; WordPress can put some up but unless you have lots and lots of hits daily doesn't seem to do so. That is not a problem for me.
