As I suggested in #12, a less drastic approach that Republicans can take is to first reaffirm that the Congress was NOT in recess, and then state that now that Obama has forwarded his nominees to Congress, confirmation hearings will begin in a few weeks.

Simply treat this "recess" appointment as a forwarding of nominees, and start treating it as business as usual, and not a recess appointment.

If Obama and Reid object, then ask what they're afraid of? Ask them why they don't want Obama's nominee to face a hearing?

Surely that's not too hard for McConnell and Boehner to do?

The problem is that obama would laugh in their faces on the evening news and dare them to impeach... he knows these men are of low moral character and are all cowards.
