I think I woke up in an alternate reality today. Since when are recess appointments unconstitutional?

Bullwinkle: “You just leave it to my pal Rock. He’s the brains of the outfit.”
General: “And what does that make you?”
Bullwinkle: “What else? The executive.”

I can see that Obama may have violated the constitution (assuming you can define recess) but I don’t see how Cordray violated the constitution by simply accepting the appointment.

Impeach ?????????? Not in this lifetime. The only ones in the House who have any balls are a couple of women, like Fox, Blackburn and Bachman. The (so called) men are wimps who are afraid to make waves.....starting with Boehner. He’s only interested in hitting the links (like his new-best-friend....Obama) and working on his tan, in his personal House Gym tanning bed. If he worked for the people as hard as he works on his tan, he would be a real man and leader. Instead, he just wants to be the House version of Senators McConnell and Orin HACK.

You have a great point!! Anyone who violates the Constitution should be held accountable. If someone tells you to violate the law and you do then you should be charged. That includes all government employees.

Already the outcry and feigned outrage by the GOP pussies (Boehner, McConnell) over the illegal non-recess appointment by 0dumb0 just yesterday, is quickly fading. Yesterday that were perhaps a dozen articles & headlines that talked about this and McConnell's threat to 0dumb0 of "puts the nominee in uncertain legal territory", I'm sure has 0dumb0 quaking in his boots. Just this morning, Cordray has already announced new regulatory controls & oversights.... gee, he was only announced yesterday by the commie pig 0dumb0.

My prediction is that Boehner & McConnell have already shot their wad and by tomorrow, there will not be nary a peep from either of them about this.

So far, 0dumb0 has illegally gone to war against Libya, he & Holder have engaged in Fast & Furious guns to Mexico and the murder of 2 border control agents, and now 0dumb0 has decided he has the right to name or appoint anyone whenever he wants to. In short, 0dumb0 is absolutely fearless when it comes to confronting Boehner, McConnell and the GOP. We are so screwed by the GOP. As much as I hate 0dumb0 & the fascist-socialist demoRATs, I would trade my eye teeth for the demoRAT leadership vs weenie Boehner & McConnell.

Since Congress supposedly holds the purse strings I have a question.
Who is signing the checks for all the czars and illegal appointees of this president?

We are no longer a nation of Laws. The ruling class laughs at our love of our Constitution. All the men in Congress are weak and deserve our scorn.

Nothing at all will be done to stop the Marxist.
