Well, I'm glad you're OK with it. Sounds like you were not unhappy with the price in the first place.
I sometimes sell stuff for way below the asking price. I had an out of print CD (an SACD, actually) that was being offered on Amazon for as high as $120. I paid $12.98 for it new. It was a CD I did not particularly care for; so I sold it for $30. I knew my price would jump out from the overpriced crowd and I more than doubled my money. So, I felt fine about it.
Actually, I suspect you know the answer or you wouldn't have bothered to ask us.
It’s craigslist, not ebay.
Ebay is an auction site. Craigslist is more aptly described as classified ads, quite similar to placing a classified ad in your local newspaper.
This is one of those personal moral dilemmas you will just have to decide for yourself. Has money changed hands? Have you shook on the deal? Do you merely have an offer or did you tell the guy, “Sold!”?
At the very least, you are getting a life-lesson out of the deal.
Best of luck & I hope it works out for you.
I only had an answer because I have to ask myself that question pretty frequently.
Good choice! Just ain’t worth it.
