It seems to me that the sagging pecs of men, as with this aging Rocker, is greater in the later years, if the attempt to build them up was greater in the younger years.

The more you “build”, the more you have to maintain.

My point is most apparent with aging body builders who no longer work out regularly - talk about “man boobs”!!!!

Then again, Mr. Tyler appears to NOT have attempted to “build up” his pecs, either earlier or recently.
