I’m a few years younger that him but I’ve worked out since High School and although my weight has a a few moments of slight gain and loss over the many years, I still have my lean, muscular build.

I walk, swim, jog, hike and lift weights but I never was a gym rat. Some moderate weight training would help Tyler but at the same time, he lived a destructive lifestyle most of his younger years
