Wow...celebrities at birth and unaware of it! Family must have been very proud of that fact. No idea how long after your birth that pic was taken but your Mom looks really good for what she had just been through!

At that time there was a morning paper and an evening paper. This article was from the morning paper on Jan 2nd.

There was also a picture in the evening paper on Jan 1st. That photo also had a small picture of my Dad. Now you can see why he went out and bought dozens of copies of the newspapers to send to his siblings and extended family.

Sacred Heart Hospital is still operating. Lots of new buildings on the campus.

Them days are gone for sure! Before long there won't be ANY newspapers being published. We used to get the Bee but of course being rural delivery it was a guessing game as to whether it would be there or not or would it be the Record. Finally cancelled about 4 years ago. Actually, the only thing I did with it was the crossword puzzle before I left for work each morning. lol
