OK, gotcha, I do have that. I assume the top article is the most recent. So it looks like something originally gets put up on “Latest Articles.” Do you know how later it somehow gets put in “Breaking News?”
Sometimes when it is posted the original poster will select more than one sidebar category to place it in. It could belong in either or both. I’m not aware of it somehow later appearing in breaking, with this exception...the administrative moderator can move it to breaking news at his or her discretion.
