I posted this because 20 years ago, when she had some popularity, she was stridently against anything and everything "traditional" - particularly the Pope, organized Christianity, etc...
I always wait for such people to offer something of value, some compelling logic or example from their lives that their "new way" is indeed better. Rather, in 100% of cases I see, they wind up like this....
I loved SNL when the Pope tore up her picture.
O’Connor was the hottest girl singer around when she pulled that vile stunt on SNL. It made me very angry. She seems to have inflicted a lot of suffering on herself in the past 20 years.
