Go to http://tinypic.com/

Click Browse to find the picture that you want to post/upload

Select the file/photo and click UPLOAD NOW

Go through the anti-spam instruction, click UPLOAD NOW

Copy what's in the HTML for websites line into your post, like so:

And voila you have posted a picture on FR

(the line will start with "a href")
