An MN will say just what Barry did, but then get his digs in in private—where he will masterfully insinuate that his pet peeve is pretty much the fact that you exist. Meanwhile in public Obama is the winner. People who don’t know MNs react like Walters and consider him noble and fine. Michelle looks bad because she’s alluding to an endless list of gripes about a guy who finds her, for all practical purposes, perfect. Except he doesn’t, and that is the insidious game he plays. If she has found a lover on the side, it’s not right but it’s understandable. There’s only so much any person can take from an MN.
