More than likly Kennedy’s daughter was sterilized prior to being committed because of Margaret Sanger evil plan to keep the unfit from breeding.

My general understanding has been that Joe Kennedy Sr. had her sterilized just prior to being institutionalized out of a fear of the type things that he believed went on in such institutions.
